The Relationship Between a Green, Low-carbon and Recycling Economy, Economic Policy and Industrial Structure Development

This article critically examines Charles Bonnet’s seminal contributions to experimental science, particularly through his influential work, ‘Research on the Use of Leaves.’ The primary objective is to delineate the functions and forms of natural experimentation as they were understood and practiced in the mid-18th century. During this period, scientists esteemed experimentation as the zenith of scientific proof, acutely cognizant of its multifaceted functional and typological aspects. Their methodology was characterized by a detailed narration of research methodologies, fostering a ‘rhetoric of transparency’ in scientific discourse. Nevertheless, the advent of new norms in scientific discourse during the 19th century, coupled with a paradigmatic philosophical shift in the 20th century, resulted in the marginalization of empirical practices of the Enlightenment era. Contemporary historians are now endeavoring to reconcile significant terminological discrepancies and to recontextualize the divergent methodologies among natural historians of that epoch. This involves a critical distinction between exploratory and demonstrative (or discriminant) forms of experimentation. Bonnet’s systematic preference for discriminant experimentation serves as a quintessential example of the logical approach in natural history. However, this perspective does not wholly represent the 18th-century ‘art of observation,’ which embraced a plethora of methodologies including taxonomy, anatomical dissection, chemical analysis, and physical measurements.

Application and Development of Chemical Heat Washing Technology in Petroleum Oily Sludge Treatment: A Review

Because of the requirements for accelerating the construction of a green, low-carbon, and recycling economy development system, the petrochemical industry has been paying attention to green and low-carbon transformations and innovations. Oily sludge is a type of bulk hazardous solid waste from various sources that significantly harms the environment. Chemical heat washing of oily sludge represents a large proportion of the treatment technology for oily sludge, which can be used individually and has many applications in joint treatment with other processes. However, research on the formulation of cleaning agents for this process has mainly focused on the surfactant at this stage, and many studies have demonstrated the secondary pollution of surfactant; thus, research on reducing or replacing surfactants as cleaning agents has been conducted. This review highlights the research progress of chemical heat washing of oily sludge according to the classification of cleaning agents and describes the reasons for the stabilization of currently recognized oily sludge, the chemical heat washing process, and the mechanism of oil–soil separation. Finally, the research direction for new emulsions as new cleaning agents to replace surfactants is set out.

Development of agricultural waste/recycled plastic/waste oil bio-composite wallpaper based on two-phase dye and liquefaction filling technology.

In this paper, a complete biomass composite processing system based on agricultural waste powders, recycled plastics, and waste oil is proposed. The wood-colored wallpaper, the green wallpaper, and the blue wallpaper are produced by this processing system. These wallpapers are new products with low cost, high added value, and environmental friendliness. These wallpapers have also been systematically tested. Based on the analysis of test results, a 3D model of material formation mechanism, liquefaction filling technology, and hybrid network model construction technology are obtained. The experiment found the reasonable RLDPE and RLLDPE ratio (1:0.26), the reasonable ratio of biomass to specialty solvents (1:1.5), the reasonable dose of the solid dye (3%), and the reasonable concentration of dye solutions. Wood-colored bio-composite wallpaper products have a smooth surface, wood color (ΔE = 36.7), natural aroma, and good comprehensive mechanical properties (tensile strength 9.255MPa; elongation at break 20.998%; Young's modulus 2229.475MPa). The processing system and wallpaper products in this article not only promote the plastic recycling economy and sustainable agricultural development but also provide new channels for the development of waste oil reuse and new ideas for the development of high value-added biocomposite materials.

The Evaluation and Demonstration of Recycling Economy Development Based on the Combination of Entropy Weight and AHP

Screening four subsystems specific indicators of recycling economy development: economy, environment, society and resources, using frequency statistics analysis and expert investigation method, to establish the evaluation index system of recycling economy. Weighting by means of entropy and AHP, and taking Hebei as an example to analyze, the results of the study shows that overall development of Hebei recycling economy shows ascendant trend between 2004 and 2010. The development of each subsystem has an unstable upward trend, unstable factors are: energy comprehensive utilization rate, industrial wastewater emissions and fixed assets investment etc.

Dynamics of Regional Recycling Economy Development Based on Material Flow Analysis: A Case Study in Shandong Province

In order to study the development of regional recycling economy, the material inputs and outputs of the eco-economic system in Shandong Province during the period from 1996 to 2009 were systematically analyzed by the material flow analysis(MFA). The results show that, (1)excluding water, material inputs and outputs rose persistently, but both were lower than the rate of GDP growth. (2)Water supply had a turning point in 2003, from 25.239 billion tons down to 21.934 billion tons, followed by the total annual water supply has been maintained at 220 million tons. At the same time the amount of wastewater emissions is increasing, especially domestic wastewater emissions had faster growth and that increased pressure on the regional water environment;(3) Steady increase in material input intensity, material output intensity presented a first increased and then decreased trend, that showed since Shandong Province proposed the strategic planning to develop circular economy, the development of regional circular economy have improved the material utilization efficiency and made a material reduction in output in the case of material input growth achieved. The rapid increase of material input and output efficiency further illustrated the efficiency of resource comprehensive utilization and waste output have been significantly improved.

On the Dynamic Mechanism of Developing Recycling Economy for Enterprises in China

Recycling economy, as a new type of development model and economic growth mode, will form a social resultant force in government promotion, enterprise entities and public participation. Thus, it is quite necessary to discuss on the economic behavior, development restriction and profit motive of the Government, enterprises and the public as the micro-economic entities. Especially in the process of current recycling economic development of China, the sticking point for further development and achievement of Chinese recycling economy lies so much on how to enhance the intrinsic dynamics of the enterprises for developing the recycling economy.

Recycling Economy and Sustainable Development

Economic development is the main theme of social progress. By recalling the economic development, the necessity and inevitability of sustainable development is fully demonstrated. With the acceleration of economic globalization, the influence for sustainable development is increasing. There is a complex opposite and united relationship between economic globalization and sustainable development. People are seeking a way to eliminate confrontation and get united. In social practice, we found that the recycling economy is the best way to achieve sustainable development, and it is an important embodiment of the economic, social and ecological sustainability.

Empirical research on emergy evaluation of regional agricultural recycling economy

摘要: 本文将能值理论与区域农业循环经济理论相结合，提出一套包括经济社会发展、资源减量投入、资源循环利用和资源环境安全等方面指标体系的区域农业循环经济的能值评价方法，并以吉林省西部进行实证研究。结果表明，1985—2004年期间，吉林省西部农业生态经济系统的能值投入和产出均呈明显的增长趋势，系统中物质循环利用及有效能值的转化率明显提高，种植业与畜牧业耦合程度有所增强，农业循环经济发展趋势得到明显加强，2004年农业循环经济综合评价指数是1985年的1．257倍；但资源减量投入和资源环境安全仍是吉林省西部农业循环经济发展的主要障碍，必须因地制宜地制定相关政策和措施加强农业循环经济建设。 关键词: 农业循环经济 / 能值评价 / 经济社会发展 / 资源减量投入 / 资源循环利用 / 资源环境安全 / 吉林省西部

Comprehensive Evaluation on Development of Agricultural Recycling Economy in Chaohu Basin

By establishing the index system for evaluating agricultural recycling economy and assigning weight of each index with entropy method, this article presents descriptive evaluation and comprehensive evaluation on the development of agricultural recycling economy in Chaohu basin from 1990 to 2004. The results show that the recycling development degree of Chaohu basin's economy is improving gradually; the primary obstacle is embodied in the index of economic and social development; in addition, there is an increasing effect of obstacle by the recycling usage of resources and reduction of resource input. Finally, the article gives some suggestions on how to promote recycling economy in Chaohu basin.
